Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
SouthBay Cleaning Services comes to your home fully equipped and ready to go. However, if you have a cleaning product you wish us to use instead of ours, we will be glad to use your product.
Our Crew cleaning Key Services
To access your home if you are not there you may conceal a key, leave a door unlocked or permit us to keep a key. We use a code system and Lutwin, our Marketing Manager, signs out the key to the team leader at the beginning of the day and signs them back in at the end of the day. Keys are kept in a locked safe and no employees have access to the keys.
Cleaning Scheduling
We offer scheduled cleanings to meet your requirements: one time, bi-weekly, Weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, move-in and move-out cleanings - whenever you need it. We will schedule your service for a day suitable to you (depending on availability) either before or after noon, depending on what you request. However, we can't predict exactly what time the team will arrive because we do not limit the amount of time we spend in each home and conditions such as traffic etc.
We will call you the day before your cleaning to let you know approximately what time you can expect the team to arrive. If they are going to be late (not arriving within 30 minutes), all team leaders carry cell phones and they will contact the office and let us know if they are running late so that we can let you know, or they will call you directly.
If you wish to skip a service for any reason, please call at least 24 hours in advance (if possible). There is a $20.00 fee to help pay the cost of transportation should you neglect to provide the teams access to your home (lockout fee).
Payment
Please place your check or cash payment on the kitchen counter for the team leader to pick up. There is a $20.00 fee for returned checks. If for some reason you are unable to leave your payment for a cleaning, you will be billed with a self-addressed prepaid envelope to mail your payment to us.
